The Client Journey — What Happens When You Hire Us?
Every beautiful, functional interior starts with a clear process. Below is exactly what happens from the moment you get in touch to the day we hand you the keys to your finished space — so you always know what's next, what we need from you, and what to expect.
Design Process
1. Enquiry & Discovery Call
It starts with a conversation. Reach out through the website, phone, or email, and we'll arrange a free 20–30 minute discovery call to talk through your project.
2. In-Home Consultation & Space Assessment
We visit the property (or connect via video for remote clients) to see the space in person, take measurements, and get a real feel for the light, flow, and architecture we're working with.
We assess room dimensions, natural light, existing furniture, and any structural considerations
We discuss lifestyle: who uses the space, how, and what's not working today
You'll receive a tailored proposal outlining scope, service level, and fees within 3–5 working days
3. Concept & Design Proposal
Once you've signed off on the proposal and paid the initial deposit, we get to work on the creative direction.
Mood boards and a concept direction — colour palette, materials, and overall style
An initial layout plan showing furniture placement and space planning
A presentation meeting (in person or via video) to walk you through the concept and gather your feedback
4. Design Development
With the concept approved, we build out the full design in detail.
Detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D visuals where helpful
Full specification of furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, and joinery
A detailed budget breakdown so there are no surprises before we order anything
5. Sourcing & Procurement
This is where the design comes to life on paper and starts becoming real. We manage every order, supplier, and delivery so you don't have to.
Sourcing from our network of Irish and international suppliers, artisans, and trades
Placing and tracking all orders, managing lead times and deposits
Coordinating with contractors, electricians, and tradespeople where building work is involved
